Moved accounts from JP Morgan Chase because of being nickel and dimed with fees. Sara Neuhardt opened all of our accounts and was fun, informative and professional. Highly recommend her for her expertise! Hands down, the best!

I am currently behind in my car payments due to having COVID twice and I am the primary caregiver for my 90 year old mom. She has been hospitalized a couple of times last year and I had caused me to miss work that supplements my retirementIncome. I have been trying to work the collections department to get current. There is a plan, but in the meantime, I have no access to my savings account. I have to contact collections to make any payments or to even know my balance. My tax refund will be deposited, but I will not know about it unless I call collections. When I go to the drive through to even make a deposit, the teller has to call collections for approval. I guess the moral of the story…don’t get behind in your loan payments, your accounts will be held hostage. I have been a member since 1984. Called to make a payment with my debit card and collections cannot take a debit card. So many roadblocks. I feel so lost in away.

Great customer service! Any time I've called they are always friendly and help me solve any issues with my cards.I don't go into the building much but the times I have been good.

I just moved to Ohio 2 months ago. It didn't occur to me that they wouldn't have my credit union out here. But this being a Credit Union I thought they could take my check.Turns out they can. BUT I was told that it can't be done because, I did not have an account with their current credit union. Interesting enough I go to another Wright-Patt explain my issue and what-do-ya-know... they accepted it. Actually, the WPCU that took my check didn't understand why another one might refuse. Prejudice is clearly more prevalent here.

I understand having security policies to protect the clients but this place is a little over the top. My mother-in-law banks here. Have cashed a few checks she has written me there. Was treated like I had done something wrong last time. Tellers very rude to me. Never been so embarrassed. Told my in law sorry but I won't be taking any more checks from her. Also her ATM card was frozen a few times. ATM kept saying wrong pin even though right pin was being used. Very inconvenient. Just think they should be a little more in tuned to customers needs. Rules shouldn't be so rigid. We do most of my inlaws shopping etc. Wright Patt has made things very inconvenient for her. Wish she wasn't so scared to switch her bank.

First off Kristy or Chrissy (not sure what she mumbled) EXTREMELY RUDE! condescending and wasn't helpful.Laura on the other hand was helpful and went above and beyond to EXPLAIN the situation to me.I don't deal with car loans and extra fees everyday... clearly I don't know the ins and outs of banking as I'm not in the industry.I have been using WPCU for 20 years, to be screwed out of my own money and then to be spoken to the way Kristy did... I was ready to close my accounts and look for a new bank!

Avoid this establishment unless you like being told lies. I went here for a large loan transfer and payoff. The lady Chrissy, gave us her word she would go to ups and overnight it.Instead she sent it the slowest form possible, then when I asked her about how she sent it. Gave an excuse saying it is only way they are allowed. When we was discussing overnighting she said it was a few and they’d cover it, I would pay it.When she told me she sent it ground and said it would of cost $80 to overnight, you said you’d overnight it, cost should of been paid and mailed. She said well you’ll have to deal with it.Completely unacceptable. Told they’d overnight it and sent it for a week of mailing. I will give this warning to anyone needing expedited paperwork avoid the establishment and her.Goodluck.If you order a cake for a birthday party for tomorrow pick up, and you go to pick it up, and they tell you, they didn't feel like having it ready for pick up next day, it'll be done in a week and deal with it, how would you feel?Seriously bad business manners.
