Ben is a great 1 on 1 trainer as well a group coach. I enjoy attending all classes offered at his gym. The accountability, the energy, and the push is unmatched. If you're looking to challenge yourself with cardio and/or strength training I highly recommend you drop into this gym!

Great environment! Very client friendly and family like atmosphere. The classes are challenging, but not intimidating for people of all fitness levels. I HIGHLY recommend!

I enjoy our accountability group the people will ask where are you if you are missing. ?consistently which is something I need. Ben is a great dude and trainer. I enjoy the weightlifting class most. Ben does a great job communicating when I am doing something wrong, sharing info about changing eating habits, and being knowledgeable about muscle groups.

I truly enjoy coming to the facility which is close to home !!Bennie is a awesome trainer that will encourage you to keep moving even when you want to give up !!! I love how he will take the time after training to answer questions in aspects of our journey to be better!!!!The vibe is positive and fun!!! 216musCLE is my fitness home! It's an affordable gym that provides a variety of quality classes. If you're looking for strength training and cardio, you won't be disappointed. My favorite classes are lift (????♀️) and hip hop step aerobics. The music is good and sure to keep you pushing thru. What's a plus for me is the vibe and good energy of the members. You feel supported andencouraged to be the best version of you.

216 Muscle have great fitness classes with variety through the weeks. Xtreme burn is high impact cardio class, that well burn lots of weight. The music keeps you motivated. My favorite class is Lift. It's almost like having a personal training class because it usually focus on one or two body parts. Xtreme step is the most fun. A great workout as well but the variety and music keeps you engaged and burn calories at the same time. Ben is a great trainer that holds you accountable for your goals. The best part of all is the people that attend the gym. Everyone that goes to the gym is part of a fitness family. We enjoy working out with each other, extremely encouraging and motivate each other. NOT a judgy atmosphere at all.

I have been attending this boot camp class for almost a month! I am so glad I decided to join. This place is great for all fitness levels. I'm always nervous about attending a gym - but from my initial class and introduction there has been nothing but positively and motivation! Thanks for providing this type of space!

Great training facility with an awesome owner and trainer. I love the bootcamps, personal training sessions and challenges. Meal plans are simplistic and easy to follow. Prices are affordable and Ben really focuses on form while training his clients. It has really helped me strengthen my core, and I am impressed with my overall progress. Now, Ben is adding more trainers, classes, apparel and other services. I am so excited to have 216 Muscle as my home gym.

I started coming to bennie because I haven't worked out in nearly 2 yrs and I wanted to ease myself back into it without jumping right back into crossfit. I went to my first class with him outside and I stayed. I found a happy balance that doesn't take away my curves and left me with some of my girls. There are several fitness classes included in the monthly membership that I love. Come try him out and see what you think. Also, please don't take the elevator or come late. He will make us do burpees. TAKE THE STAIRS AND BE ON TIME!

This is a great facility for anyone ready to work towards there fitness goals. There is something for everyone here: bootcamp, weight/strength training and personal training services. Everything is designed to push you out of your comfort zone to help you achieve results. The owner Ben is very easy going, encouraging and tailors each workout to fit your individual needs.
