Bank personnel did not have time to do normal banking business. Needed an appointment to open an account. Glad I found out what this branch is like before doing business there. Guess I will drive somewhere else. Too bad.

This probably is the worst office Chase Bank has around. We have been coming and going and they have not been able to give a solution to our problem. They have had our account frozen for 12 days. The Asian lady working there is just a lier. She is probably nice to people with money and other Asians but I can tell you she just played us just for us to leave the office believing she would take care of everything. Worse thing is seeing an immigrant believing is superior to other immigrants.Only good thing so far is that Ericka Crites was nice but that’s not enough.The manager of the office is never here. I have come many times and there is not way to find here Amanda Easter. Chase Bank needs to do something with this office and the people working here. And yes, I am writing this review while waiting in this place that they finally do something.

Chase has really gone south post-covid.I went in for a simple update to my profile because their online customer service is AWFUL.1st time a branch employee supposedly made the update. 10 days later, bank Doc's came back not updated.So, I had to go in a second time. This time, the branch manager plus her rather rude employee supposedly made the update. Bank Doc's came back after 10 days, still not updated.When a bank fails at this level, one wonders about other aspects of its operations and one takes one's business elsewhere.

Slowest branch ever! Be prepared to wait >2 hours. Things would have gone much more smoothly if the employees know more about the basics such as opening an account or application for a credit card

Worst branch in the country i tried to withdraw funds this morning and they literally lied to me saying i had a hold on my account but i called chase and they said there wasn't a hold so i went to another branch and got my money

I was definitely racially profiled by my own race today by my own race that look just like me and yes you’re race can racially profile you I’ve never seen or had happened to me before until today I am absolutely discussed and irritated at the ignorance that was held there today to the point my account is closed due to clear ignorance because if I was white this would’ve happened to me

Absolutely wonderful location. Super friendly staff. Very professional and they go the extra mile—literally. Today, I left my driver’s license in the bank and as I was driving Ms. Garcia ran out through the snow to flag me down and hand it to me. Top notch service. Thank you!!

Very professional and welcoming staff. Decided to complete a credit card application and had the pleasure of working with Abraham. He was very kind and informative, walking me through all the steps of the process start to finish. Abraham was polite but also quite fun to talk with, we had a great conversation while completing the application. All in all a great experience, and I would highly recommend applying for a credit card in person or just coming in to do your business at this branch!

Everytime I deal with someone at the branch they take this defensive and patronizing tone with me that makes me so angry. It's like they're doing me a favor just to do their job.The woman I just spoke too the phone was so lazy she could barely speak clearly.
