We ordered online for a drive through pickup on a Sunday evening. We waited in the parking lot until the pickup time and picked up exactly at the expected time. The burrito bowl was completely cold and upset my stomach. I don't understand how everything could be almost ice cold, and I'm worried about how long it was sitting before even making it into my bowl. I pre-tipped 20%. Another gripe is pre-tipping for a horrible experience. I know it's not compulsory, but this pre-service fast food tipping culture really needs to change.

I had a whole new experience! I walked in there was no line. The place was clean even where they make the bowls. The workers are all new and polite. Thank you for a better experience.

This location is by far the WORST chipotle in Cleveland, Food was made incorrectly young lady refunded to make it even after returning g the food, She refused to provide her name or even the store, spoke with customer service who filed a complaint which does absolutely nothing. Brown skin chubby girl who has the worst attitude red hair should never work with people ever.

I would give it less than one star if I could. Stopped in evening of 2/11. They were out of lettuce and white rice which was fine I understand being busy and running low on things but the food stations, drink station and tables were filthy and the checkout ppl could barely be bothered. By the time I got to the soft drink machine (finding it out of ice and the cola flat and just syrup) I was completely grossed out and just threw my food out when I left. Gross.

The restaurant moved to mobile only so now you have a long line of customers who are trying to order at the window and it takes forever. I will not be coming

Honestly, I'm just over them always being out of key parts of the menu no matter what time of the day I come in. I don't know what happened to the management, but it needs to be addressed to fix the poor service elements and total lack of inventory management. Things happen, but once it becomes a pattern it needs to be resolved. Please stop forcing your staff to make giving apologies one of their main job duties.
