Calling CVS pharmacy is impossible. Need to leave a message and hope they get it and hope they call back. CVS corporate is trying to save pennies but end up losing dollars because pharmacy is understaffed and they think using voicemails will solve the solution.

I asked the pharmacy staff where the bug repellants were. that seemed like an item they should know about. Thye asked around, but didn't know and sent me to the front. There was, of course, a ljne at the front. By the time I got to a front clerk, several minutes had passed. They he wasn't sure where they were either--something about they're re-stacking everything. (Not my fault) Eventually, he found it.

Might be wrong but when you go into a store you should feel welcome enough to walk in and make a purchase. Literally moments after entering this CVS location, two women, possibly a cashier and supervisor, followed me down the aisles. After picking up the product I wanted to purchase, and starting towards the registers, I caught them watching me. And they did not try to hide the fact that they were.
When I passed by one of the women and said hello, she turned her nose up at me, reaffirming that there was some kind of bias at play.
This is unacceptable. I had never been to this location and will not be returning.

This is the worst CVS location. They very specifically never mark the sales that are in the ads, in hopes that people will not purchase the discounted items. And They also never have the on sale items on the shelves during sale week, but miraculously they’re there the following week when they’re not on sale.

I had a good time shopping at CVS! My needs for summer sun. screen, bug repellent, picnic ware and special snacks were easy to find. The staff helped me locate exactly the eye vitamins my ophthalmologist recommended..CVS is a fine

Very well stocked pharmacy, especially for first aid, digestive health, oral health and many products useful in maintaining a healthy life style The store is well stocked in many household items.

It's true the parking lot is tight so I try to go during off hours. The staff have always been very polite and service oriented and the store usually is stocked with what I want so I can order online and pickup in the store.

the parking lot is impossible to enter or exit. most of the employees are great but there's this one pharmacist who makes life difficult for everyone, especially customers. they make it super difficult to get my prescription every single month, like nothing can ever just be easy and go off without a hitch. they didn't give me enough needles for an injected medicine but then blamed me for coming back for more, saying they did give me enough even when the math couldn't have added up.this is the closest one to me but I'm switching because everything is always so difficult for no reason. I've gone here for 2 years to keep things close and simple but I'm just done getting prescriptions here.
