THIS IS THE WORST DOLLAR GENERAL ON THE EAST SIDE OF CLEVELAND . THEY ARE NEVER OPEN AND THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE . THE IS A OVER WEIGHT MANAGER THAT WORKS THERE AND REFUSED TO OPEN THE DOOR TODAY BECAUSE OF A SPILL ? HE CALLED ME THE BXXXH AND GOT IN MY FACE BECAUSE HE WAS UPSET THAT PPL ARE KNOCKING AT THE DOOR . IF YOUR STORE SAYS ONLINE THAT YOU OPEN AT 8 AM AND ITS 8:20 , WHAT IS SOMEONE SUPPOSE TO DO ? HE TOLD US TO GO TO WALGREENS . HE SHOULD BE FIRED AND ARRESTED FOR DISRESPECTING WOMEN AND JUMPING IN OUR FACES . ......VERY DISAPPOINTING AND SCARY DOLLAR GENERAL THAT YOU CANT FIND DECENT PPL TO RUN YOUR STORE .

This location has the worst customer service EVER!!! Each time I go in here there is only 1 guy working in the entire store with no other employees or management which makes this store extremely dangerous for shoppers and the employee. The guy who was working today was playing music out load on his phone while ringing out customers (Super Unprofessional) and I even witnessed him under ringing customers who were super friendly with him. He continously kept telling everyone he was a new employee and did not know how to do anything on the register when a young lady asked him to reprint a receipt and stating that he didn't know how to retrieve a transaction. These are basics every employee should be trained on especially if they are working alone. What I found really unacceptable was how the young man never tried to figure out how to print customer receipts nor did he attempt to call another store for help or call a manager to save a sale, instead he watched multiple customers put back their orders because he refused to fix his register so that it could print a receipt. Sad to say this location is going down bad

Never open during listed hours, lazy staff, nothing's ever in stock, terrible for a new store. Get better workers

Love this store however, it is Easter Sunday. It is 830. Several cars have come and gone and the store is not open☹️ although advertised to be open.

So clean and organized, they also have stuff the other dollar stores don’t. The staff is always great and greets you as soon as you walk in. They definitely know me and my fam when we come in.

I enjoy this new store HOWEVER it’s NOT open at 8am! I’ve tried a couple of times coming after 8, it’s 8:46am and doors are locked.

The rudest employees have seen in a while. just witnessed a brawl here in the manager closed the door kicking everybody out. I was just trying to purchase a gift bag and was told to get out.

This particular Dollar General was just built around the corner from where I live which was a great convenience; however, the business hours aren’t accurate. Here on Google states this Dollar General closes at 10pm. I arrived looking forward to shopping at 7pm & the doors were locked. As a first time customer, I am a bit perplexed at this inconvenience.
