I had a tire blowout on a Saturday, thank God they are open on Sundays. I have to say by far they were the most professional helpful guys over there. Best customer service I've received in a long time. They made no promises they were honest that they were short staffed and might not get to me that day. But they got me out of there at the end of their day. I was so grateful I bought them lunch the next day.
Its the little things when you're a kind customer it helps especially when theses guys are stressed by being short staff they are still professionals. Phil and Jonathan are the best đđž

A bit pricey but I think they do good work. With most mechanics, you still have to be aware of schemes. But I have not had that problem with this particular Firestone.

Said they didn't have enough man power to do my little brakes on a Sunday.

Fixed my tire. Took over an hour, from 12:30 to just after 2pm. I was told there are only 2 mechanics, so make sure you have time to get the service. Thanks for repairing my tire.

This place is only seeking to get as much money out of you as possible and to take advantage of you. I took my car in just to see what needed to be fixed because I was hearing some slight rattling. Other than the rattling sound I wasnât hearing anything else. First the person behind the desk seems like he really hates his job, but other than that they gave me a long laundry list of things that I needed âfixedâ on my car. Totaling to roughly over $2,000. But they offered the credit card so I could get everything done todayđĽ´. I said no to the credit card and opted to get one item on my list fixed, the belt. They fixed the belt and all was well for about a day the next day my car started screeching (loudly)when I would start it. I took it to another shop and they said whoever but the belt on, put it on too tight and now its putting pressure on my water tankâŚA $300 FIX. I believe they tried to get as much money out of me as they could given my limited knowledge on cars. I will NEVER take my car to this Firestone ever again.

I choose an overall 8 because a B is better than a C, but leaves room to strive:) -- great group with a fun sense of humor- TG! for their patience! I had a million timing issues and they never gave up on me even though we had a snowstorm and several reschedules! Had the kids in on the snowy roads before and after the tires and it was like I was driving a whole new car -- they knew their pricing and available deals and the upgrade was so worth it!

Firestone is synonymous with honesty and integrity, these men and women go above and beyond when it comes to your vehicle, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, treat yourself to amazing service.
I'm the hubber that brings the rubber.

Im not from Cleveland, so I made sure to say that and ask for patience from the people that I spoke over the phone. Every time I tried to understand, the guy over the phone very unpleasant and inpatient, making the whole process worse and harder for a customer.

The most important part of this review is that Jon provided excellent service! He was very kind and helped me get back on the road very quickly. In a world that is not always kind or helpful, Jon exceeded expectations.
A little background-What started as a scary and bad day, Jon went above and beyond to calm my fears and fix my car.
I was driving down 490 headed to my daughterâs house in Cleveland Heights and my tire pressure warning alerted me that one of my tires was low (16 when they need to be 32). It continued to fall and by the time I got to her house, it was 0.
My son-in-law was able to get enough air in my tire to drive to the Firestone location in Cleveland Heights.
That is where I met Jon. He informed me that the garage was full and it was only him and one other mechanic. I told him I had roadside assistance and I would call them to put on my donut. I was still struggling to get through their system and Jon told me he would take care of it (at no cost to me). He proceeded to switch out the tires outside of the garage. In the rain! Iâm sure he was very busy but he was concerned about me and I appreciate it.
Everyone should be so lucky to run into someone like Jon when they are in trouble. This happened on 2/27 around 8am.

Iâm giving one star because the customer service was good. However, when I bring my car in to have something fixed, you fix that thing. Then less than one week later that same problem occurs and you just fix it again without determining the cause. The customer is out of money and still has the same issue.

Came by twice to get my car looked at for engine noise and was turned away and told things were fine. Less than an hour later my car was dead on the side of opportunity corridor!

I took my car to this Firestone for a specific issue, and they performed an inspection without my request. They then told me I needed to replace both the front and rear brake pads and rotors. When I questioned thisâsince I had replaced them just a year and a half agoâthey claimed the front pads were at 7mm (which do not require replacement), but the rear pads were at 2mm and needed to be replaced immediately.
To verify, I took my car to another repair shop and a 4S dealership. Both confirmed that my brakes were fine and that my rear brake pads actually had 6mm remaining, not 2mm.
This experience makes me believe that this Firestone location is misleading customers about their vehicleâs condition to sell unnecessary services. I strongly advise against getting any repairs done here, as it seems like a waste of money.
