Terrible service. I went there to get a letter notarized for Hertz, and then make a big excuse. Why not to notarize my paper she told me I needed to go home and download a certification paper. She can tell me which certification paper I have to figure that out just to bring that paper back for her to sign that to give it to me. I didn't understand I went somewhere else and they notarized gave me the certification paper and I was done, but it just boiled me that she made up a whole lie just to not do her job.

The tellar at this Huntington was awful! Judged me and my wife as soon as we walked in than forced a 5 day hold on the money we where trying to deposit! This is the type of awfulness that will make us never return to this branch, and if it's not resolved, drop Huntington all together. Do better Ladies, this is you job if you don't like it Wendy's down the road is hiring.

A young lady at the bank shorted my cash deposit by $50, before that she hadn't verified the deposit with me to confirm the amount, once she gave me my receipt, I told her she shorted my deposit, she said well I can count down my drawer, do you mind waiting? I said yes I'll wait, afterwards all she did was hand me another receipt with the additional $50, turned around and left the counter, I said are we done? without looking at me she said yes, I left irritated, called initially to complain to manager, instead I asked to speak to her directly and told her I didn't feel that interaction went well, I said you should have confirmed my cash deposit before putting it in the drawer and you would not have had to count your drawer, and second you owe me an apology for your mistakes and you didn't even give a proper end of transaction, as in thank you for banking with Huntington, have a nice day, she gave a half hearted I'm sorry and we hung up, now I wish I had just complained to the manager!

The branch manager and non-teller staff are unfortunately not competent and willfully argumentative when confronted. I have been attempting to close an account for a decedent for approximately three weeks. As I am a probate attorney, all of my original paperwork was in order when I first visited, and the employee submitted them to their legal department. After a week, I followed up and was told that the legal department was not yet done reviewing the documents. After three weeks, I called again and spoke to the branch manager, who told me she was “just working on this” and that everything should be processed shortly. A second callback from her yielded instructions to see a teller to pick up the check. When I showed up, the branch manager told me I had to make yet another appointment since “the legal department had not yet examined the documents.” I informed her she was mistaken about this and our earlier conversation, whereupon she began walking away from me. This manager’s name was Lashawn. She did a fantastic job of illustrating why I don’t trust Huntington with my money.

I've been using this bank since 2018 and the staff always seem well trained and pleasant. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, due to helping a large number of people and the extra secure doors you enter and exit through, but there is never an outrageously long wait time.

Racist bank tellers refused to take my deposit and told me to use the atm instead. No longer banking with Huntington.

During chemo and radiation for cancer, I needed a document notarized. Friends recommended Huntington Bank since our bank has no locations in the area. They couldn't have been less helpful, compassionate or understanding. In this age of inhumanity and mechanization, people like this are no better than machines.

This is not a handicap accessible drive-tru in my opinion. You have to almost get out the car to ring the buzzer and utilize the drawer. Service is slow and neutral service.
