My daughters prom dress was made to tight at the knees for her to walk in and it started tearing immediately once she put in on in multiple places. Jasmin was not willing to work with me or offer any sort of refund. This was May 2018 but there should be no deadline on good customer service and professionalism.

She made my baby sister prom and her dress was ripping in 4 different spots including the butt area. She gave my mom a nasty attitude and everything. I do not recommend her at all
