Jazzercise Cleveland Heights South Euclid with Mary Beth McCann is the best! It’s simply a great workout! The class includes both cardio and strength training. Mary Beth is a very knowledgeable instructor who makes working out fun and exercising to the latest tunes makes the time pass quickly. The regular addition of new routines helps keep things interesting. Thanks for being there for us, Mary Beth!

This is the best work out mixed with friendly people and I never want to miss a class my 71st birthday is coming up and the fact that I can keep up I feel half my age..thank you MaryBeth!

Jazzercise is a great workout to music that combines cardio and strength training. It's great for your mind and body. I have never stuck with an exercise routine like I have Jazzercise. Marybeth, Naomi and Beth are awesome instructors that push us to do our best and make it fun at the same time. I encourage you to give it a try!!

I love this class! It's so much fun!! The music is great and I love the choreography patterns. It's just a very good work out overall that touches all the bases, including some floor work and even balance. I especially like that Mary Beth includes a lot of upper body work, and my arms look better since I've been doing this class. Mary Beth is very motivating and also entertaining. My husband started coming too, and I bought a pass for him to come all year.

After I spent more than three decades in another aerobics program, my evening class was cancelled, and I was in a panic. Enter Mary Beth and Jazzercise, and my life improved greatly! Since September 2015, I have met such nice people and had so much fun improving my stamina, strength, and fitness. Jazzercise offers challenging and rewarding workouts that are as good for the body as the soul. I often feel the stress melting away (or is that simply perspiration?). Mary Beth and her associates are great motivators and wonderful instructors. Thanks to everyone for making this such a positive experience!

Feeling accomplished... Feeling energized... Coming to Jazzercise from yoga was a bit of a slow start for me as I seemed not to know my right from my left. With the instructors' encouragement - especially Mary Beth - I leave class feeling successful. What a cardio-dance, calorie-burning and FUN workout!
