“In July I purchased a beautiful, leaded glass, art-deco transom window for my new home addition. Lawrence & Sally were delightful to work with. They were very patient with us as we made multiple visits to the store owing to the fact that we couldn't make up our minds. Once we decided on the window we wanted, Lawrence & Sally were very helpful. I feel the pricing was fair and, frankly, the superb customer service was a welcome change from recent shopping experiences other places. I highly recommend shopping with Artisan Antiques and Jewelry.I was waiting to write this review because I wanted to include a picture of my purchase after it was installed in my house; however, construction is taking longer than expected and so our purchase is not yet installed. Hopefully I will soon be able to add a photo to my review.”
“I found Saxon Jewelers and Gemologists through a relative when I was in need of a major repair on my engagement ring. I’m from out of town and could not find a trusted jeweler for repairs where I live. Without hesitation, she suggested I go to Saxon Jewelers as she had used them in the past and said Michael had done a wonderful job on her ring. Michael worked quickly and carefully to repair and reinforce the weaker parts of my ring, and it is just as beautiful, if not more beautiful, than before. I will be recommending him to others for sure!”

“There used to be more bead shops, but over the years they have disappeared. I use seed beads and, although chain stores like Joanne and Michaels do carry them, their stock of colors and sizes are limited. It was great to go to Cleveland Rocks and Beads and find the perfect blue, in the exact size I needed. It's a bit of a drive, but worth it!”
