I've been shopping here regularly for a couple years now. Every month y'all have become progressively worse with prices not matching between the aisle and register. I just walked out with my groceries left at the counter after a 2 for $4 item range up as $9 for both. I shouldn't have to take a photo of every price tag for everything I buy. It's bad enough that tons of items aren't priced at all, and that I can't take my cart to my car to load stuff up because y'all have the carts blocked in the front entrance with metal barriers. I'll just go somewhere else from now on instead of doing extra work to spend money with y'all.

As convenient as this store is, it’s filled with the most miserable people. If you can’t simply respond with a hello, good morning, thank you, or you’re welcome you really shouldn’t be working in a place dealing with people. Too many times are people ignored and receiving eye rolls like it’s the audacity of the customer to be there. Please stop hiring these young miserable kids who don’t know how to speak to people. If you don’t like talking to people, stop working with/ around people!

1. Since when you have to have a receit for spoil meat!! (The day after tried to exchange)
2. The short manager didn't even try to listen to me gave me a number for customer service that the phone kept ringing!!!
3. Went back the next day just to walk into customer service a woman returning bad bell peppers in a bag with no receit the short manager to her to get another bag
Make that make since !!!!!
I us to shop faithfully at this Marc's
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MARC'S!!!
NOT ONLY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!!

Excellent neighborhood asset. Nice helpful staff, large selection at great prices. Picky eaters can shop here with a ton of organic products all throughout the store

Somehow this place is bigger on the inside and has a really surprisingly good selection of everything from reasonably priced canned goods to seemingly the full line of Bob's Red Mill bougie grains. Prices are excellent. I'm here multiple times a week since it's right around the corner. The staff vary from indifferent to very friendly but no one has ever been negative or rude. Sometimes it's short staffed and the lines get long, but that's true of everywhere these days.

Super cheerful, friendly and helpful young woman at the customer service counter this morning. Obviously prices are good. What I like is being able to park near the entrance and find what I need quickly--the advantage of a smaller grocery store. Never had a bad experience with staff.

Visited the store today you got the cashiers playing with boys behind the counter talking to guys that don’t work there and having personal conversation and not even greeting or taking care of customers. You got management that have merchandise labeled incorrectly and clearly knows that it’s done incorrectly and making me spin $14 or something that would normally cost 899. Horrible service poor customer service poor management.

Totally agree with previous reviewer that this store has to do better. It’s true that employees stare at customers and don’t speak, even if you try to engage them in friendly banter. I was there yesterday and the duo at the Customer Service desk were anything but customer focused. This used to be a good store; I’m holding out hope for improvement.

Only grocery store I’ve ever been into where you say hello to the cashier and she just stares at you and then rolls her eyes when you ask her to bag your groceries. It’s the young girl with the big clips in her hair… smh. You all have to do better than this!

Rarely enough cashiers, even at 2 PM on a weekday customers commonly wait in line 15-30 minutes
