I trusted Pat and Curt to do a great job repairing my luxury sports car. Instead they dented my door, refused responsibility, never returned phone calls, and gave my car to some random guy who walked into the shop claiming to own it. I had to go there in person to learn they gave my car to someone else, which they just said wasn't their responsibility or their problem. The police were never able to find my car.

I enjoyed my experience with this auto body shop not only did I have a quick turnaround far as repairs on my vehicle. I feel like I was very well communicated with they took a lot of pressure off of me far as relaying it to my insurance company and they are always very pleasant and happy to offer water and or coffee

My experience with McCarthy's was outstanding! They got me in very quickly so I could get back in the road. When I dropped off my car, they were ready and even opened the door for me! I truly felt like they pulled out all the stops. They kept me informed and advocated for me with my insurance company. Curt and Pat are both great and you can tell they really care about treating people fairly.strongly recommend you give them a call if you need auto repairs!

The owner will not recognize my name. I stopped in to get an estimate on a repair that a near by shop wanted to charge me 1500 dollars . This shop identified an issue that was nothing but a lose screw. They were honest, kind and extremely professional. Needless to say that I have sung their praises and I have recommended the business to anyone who needs a trustworthy and honest Body Shop to deal with. A dozen donuts later, Thank you McCarthy, If I could give a hundred stars , I would.

Mccarthys was great to work with. They facilitated everything with the insurance company and did the repairs perfectly. I also had a large dent I wanted fixed and they were able to bring a PCR guy in and now the dent is completely gone at a fraction of the cost. Completely recommend Mccarthy’s.

Went to McCarthy’s on April 5, 2024 to see if I was able to get an estimate for the body damage to my car. I am unfamiliar with their policies concerning getting an estimate before a certain time which was before 4:30pm I assume. After I was made aware of this by both gentlemen who came to the front desk, I said okay. However, they could have at least provided a little better customer service and suggest I make an appointment to get an estimate for another day. That was not done. They were very rude!

They were kinda rude in the way they spoke to me and were talking to me like I was stupid for some reason. The vibes were bad and I wouldn’t come back here or recommend any woman especially of color to come here.
