I've been with iStorage on Warrensville & Mayfield for a few years and I can't express enough how awesome this location is! The Manager Mike is great along with the other staff! The facility is always clean & they truly care for their customers. Mike is very professional & courtesy and he will ensure that he or his staff can assist with whatever your storage needs are! I've recommended this location to a few individuals and I will continue ?

Storage was easy to use, clean environment. The manager working there was awesome helping me sign up and when i was done using the storage. Made everything easy to store my things temporary.

I have rented 3 storage units within the past year. Mike was the associate I used each time. He has always been very patient and professional with me. He is very pleasant and personable, and always asks how im doing and wishes me well. I am from the south and have had trouble adjusting to the difference in pleasantries between the south and here but Mike makes me feel as if im back at home. Wish there were more people like him.
