They balanced them, took the rim off the wheel and onto the new ones, put the new ones on and torqued them all under 15-20 minutes. I believe it was the manager whom I was speaking to and he was very nice and knowledgeable. They are a small business with fair prices and I would highly recommend. I got to take 1 star off. This is a great place, but you can't say a 1.5 to 2 hour wait on the phone, then 2 to 2.5 hours wait when I arrive, and then it be a 3.5 hour wait. That's too bad because it hurts your reputation, it's got to be stressful for your workers, and customers have to be somewhere. Frustrating. Please only book what you can manage.
