“I love Trippy's! I've been a customer for years and this store and the staff are awesome. The store is clean, organized, and well lit. Whenever I walk in I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need assistance they are more than willing to help. There is always something new that has been added to the shelves. I love that they offer so many varieties to fit everyone's needs. You can find a huge selection of cigars, wraps, cigarettes, and accessories. They also have lottery, snacks, drinks, gifts, and more. “I was visiting OH in June from NY and I saw this shop. I just had to pull over and check it out. I would have loved to lounge but they were moving around furniture. I got a great recommendation for a dupe of a Cuban I had on vacation. I believe a guy named Max (hope that was his name) helped me out w the basics of a cigar. He even cut it for me. Very cool and kind!”

“This place apparently started after I left Cleveland and because of COVOD 19. A nice collection of stick and ample seating, There is even an outdoor space in the back. Too bad no-one takes care of it, the outdoor space. It wouldn't take much at all to ready it for outdoor enjoyment.”
