One customer had an issue with a billing transaction, but the staff member named Sheena was polite, patient, and professional in resolving the matter, providing an excellent customer service experience. Another customer appreciated the entire crew, particularly Sheena, who made the stressful moving process easy and went above and beyond. The women running the store were described as courteous, welcoming, professional, and helpful. While the rented trailer was in excellent condition, the lack of available furniture pads was disappointing. Overall, the business is doing a good job helping people with their moving needs, even holding a truck for a customer until they got paid.
Great location rent with ease ! I rented a truck 2 days in a row ,and the rental was fast ,and easy. Trucks are beat up at this location I noticed but ran fine ,and performed . Great customer service ,commend your people Uhaul !!!!

Overall experience was great. Equipment and staff were super. Computer system perhaps need to be upgraded. Processing speed was extremely slow but staff kept all customers informed and up beat.

The staff executed exceptional customer service. Diana and Rodmere were very friendly and professional. I will be using this location and recommending friends and family based on the staff that were so accommodating.
