Didn't realize the Cleveland Jewish community had another kosher grocery option other than the Grove. Ungers has a very solid selection of heimishe brands, and the prices are slightly cheaper than the Grove.

Stale food. I’d rather eat 2 week old donuts from Walmart on a full stomach. Horrible food, horrible service. Donuts taste is so bland. Not worth the money sorry! Try again guys your food is nasty.

Store is very dingy inside, food service workers do not wear gloves, and they act like they are doing you a favor by serving you, so I will not be returning.

Best kosher doughnuts and danishes of all time. Selection. Taste. Service with a smile.

Expect the unexprected. Starting with the parking lot and moving through the aisles and checkout...it is a riddle wrapped in maze...but if you know...you know they have the goods. Just kick back and enjoy the experience.

No vegan options. Limited selection. Store seemed dingy, floor not clean. It was helpful because I need to provide kosher deserts for a work function.

I came here and bought a slice of chocolate cake. The owner was polite, but to be honest I didn't think the cake was very good. It was very dry as if it was left out for a few days. I didn't finish it. I don't think I will be back unless there is an ingredient I need that involves me having to go here.

Would not give me money back for cheese that got green mold on it the day after I opened it.

Unfortunately, I moved within walking distance of Unger's. I will definitely go back when I lose my willpower again. Wonderful bakery and service.

We were told that while we’re in Cleveland, we HAVE to try Ungers’ donuts fresh. So we stopped here on our way out, to pick up some goodies for the long drive. The majority of the store looked like a standard small grocery, it was a bit cluttered, but we were just shopping at the bakery and all the food looked SO. GOOD. I’d give the overall store+bakery two stars, because, aside from being a bit of an eyesore, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a cashier to arrive (the woman behind the bakery counter served us right away and was very sweet). The donuts raised the rating to 3 stars. They’re THAT good. What you see in the photo are the rectangle donuts and Apple fritters. Probably the best things in Cleveland. If nothing else, go to Ungers for these alone <3
