1940 Lee Rd Cleveland heights Ohio is the absolute worst branch location I've ever visit!!!! Every time I go there the worker's appear to over worked and stressed out!!! I went there today and one of the reps argued with me and other customer about the ATM service. He was very rude and all of them are super ghetto! As a company maybe you wanna consider retraining them. I hate this location!

Anthony helped us with our car loan. He was helpful and patient. If you need help with any loan ask for Anthony, he will break everything down and give you the best deal he can. Excellent customer service at this branch.

Horrible experience. Almost created a costly error for my clients and their chances of buying a home. Could not handle a simple wire transfer and we had to get corporate involved to get it done. Instead of taking responsibility, they yelled and deflected (and lied at one point about language). Im surprised at the service bc all my other experiences with USBank have been good.
