called multiple times. The manager lady is not kind and will put you on hold and hang up if she can't answer your question. got threatened and insulted on phone all cause I wanted to know where my package was. would not recommend dealing with this location for any reason

I’ve visited the post office on Severance Circle a number of times and usually receive excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my recent visit on Monday was an exception. I stopped in on my lunch break to ship a small package and was met with one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had at this location.
The woman with the red bob behind the counter was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I politely asked if I could use some tape for my package, assuming it was standard for the post office to provide it. Rather than simply informing me that tape must be purchased, her tone and delivery were dismissive and disrespectful. It wasn’t about the cost—I had no issue buying the tape—it was the way I was spoken to that left me feeling belittled.
Thankfully, another employee stepped in and helped me through the process in a much more respectful and professional manner. I returned the next day for a different service (notarization, which they don’t offer), only to witness the same employee mistreat several other customers in line. I even waited for the other, more professional employee to assist me, just to avoid another uncomfortable interaction.
I understand that everyone has off days, but basic professionalism should be consistent—especially in a customer-facing role. I truly believe this particular employee would be better suited to a position away from the front counter. One bad interaction can reflect poorly on the entire establishment.

This Post Office should be closed down and everyone employed in here should be investigated. I've sent a check to a creditor for over 3,000 certified mail with tracking number and it arrived at their post office in Cleveland ohio area code 44188. Upon looking at the tracking number it said still in transit for about a month already. I'd spoken to customer service several times. I'd opened several investigations against the Cleveland Ohio 44188 with the USPS. I'd put a stop payment on the check. I've seen so many bad reviews and complaints with other individuals having the same issues. If I can give them a 0, I would. I just want the person who handle my mail to know that they're incompetent of their job duties and if they did take the check good luck in trying to cash it in and if they didn't, then the post just gives jobs to anyone.

What time does the post office open? Because i got here at 10:30 on a Saturday and there was nobody at the desk. Waited 5 minutes. Still nobody. Packages left on the counter. Big question mark as to who runs this place.

Horrible service. Customer service is awful. They only speak to customers that they want to speak to. Very cold and unwelcoming post office. This is the worst post office I've ever been to. Please retrain your staff on how to have good customer service. Awful awful awful. I never give bad reviews. But this had to be done.

I moved to Cleveland Heights from Medina on November 1, 2024 and the day before my move I went to the post office in Medina and filled out and submitted the required change of address form. Four months later I'm still not getting all of my mail, including a credit card bill and other mail. Now I understand why the reviews of this facility are less than stellar.

Was recently expecting my car registration and sticker in the mail, a debit card, a life insurance policy statement, and a tax form in the mail in the same day. None of my mail came that day. This mail showed in my informed delivery. 4 days later still not here. The option to start a missing mail search on the site freezes and doesn’t work. No one comes to the phone when you call. I’ll be contacting the inspector general, again. Had a package and a prescription come up missing in the past so I had to do it before. This whole place is a mess.

This is ridiculous I called on Tuesday cause the mail carrier lied and said my package was delivered which it was not called this post office the same day some man claiming to be the manager answered the phone said he would call back the follow day never did I went up there yesterday asked for the manager all no one knows where he is I called today 4 times was placed on hold called again and now there sending the call out to the main number and of course no one is answering how tf do u have someone giving mail out and there stealing the packages and the manager do not give a damn this is a crime and chargers should be filed I will call corporate cause management need to be dealt with to be not handling this how they should
