Everytime i put mail on hold it is never held I call they always say your carrier isn't working its a sub on your route like thats a legitimateexcuse subs are suppose to know how to read obviously they can't read HOLD MAIL then they tell you they will send someone out to pick it up but they fail to tell you it will not be until the next day or they won't pick it up but add to all the mail they already stuffed in the box so I just came home from vacation and all 12 days of my mail is in my box its not suppose to be delivered until 3/11 so I guess they won't deliver it tomorrow STUPID

If I could give zero I would,this subpar service is directly due to being overworked and underpaid. Some of the carriers think they are above the law.My packages come from all around the world without any interruptions or delays. When my packages come to the Cleveland distribution center the package is delayed for days after it left to the post office and on a few occasions lost.I ordered a laptop from QVC during their Christmas sale stayed home all day waiting on my laptop, around 7:00 p.m. I checked QVC to show the laptop was delivered at 6:15 pm I checked my door cam no mail carrier came to the door or was visible on the street.I contacted QVC to inform them I have video footage to prove I didn't receive the laptop. QVC called the post office to file a claim and the laptop appeared the next day. Because it appeared opened I sent the laptop back . I have ordered a new laptop every year either for myself or someone in my family while living in a different city with no problems. My bank statements mortgage papers never delivered. I have watched them destroy my neighbor's flower garden cutting though their yard they won't trample through flower gardens with the mega mansion.I declined a job offer from USPS 20 years ago because I knew I wouldn't be able to walk and carry a bag of mail every day for 20 years. I don't like reading my own mail ,I knew right away this would not be a good fit for me. It takes a special person to sort mail everyday and meet deadlines on time and deal with the public.Someone need to shut that office down and start with a whole new group or retrain the current staff.Their subpar services is opening doors for new state of the art mail services.Help is on the way, the UPS Store and virtual mail services will reduce jobs for the USPS in the future.I now have a virtual mail service and when I need a package I use any UPS store address. Don't mind paying a couple of dollars to get my packages on time and not damaged.Running a business time is money and you can't be dealing with no ragtag mail service operation for added stress to your business.

Is there a reason that mail delivery has to get wet? All the postal worker has to do is fold down the flap on the outside mailbox at the home.

*went back a month later and they have NO CUSTOMS FORMS. Yes, this branch of the United States Postal Service CANNOT send international packages. What kind of clowns forget to order more forms? Read the reviews USPS. People are miserable at this store and have been for a long time. Not just one lone wacko, but a bunch of people annoyed enough to write these knowing they would never receive a response but feeling so affronted they had to do it anyway. Black customers, white customers, Asian customers - men and women - we all have bad experiences here. Conflicting information, two key (others at least try) employees who clearly hate their jobs and look for a way that they can avoid mailing your package. Yet despite all of this, year after year, USPS does nothing about this poorly run and maligned store. Why? The answer is not to close it down, but to change the culture in the workplace from the top down.

The post office is the worst! SNAIL MAIL & a bunch of incompetent rude workers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Certified mail after 19 days still not delivered. But swears it's not lost - just delayed! They are a joke!!!!

The guy who assisted me is Rude i tried to return a package from progressive he told me i grab the the different box for the item that i want to return, so i end up grabbing a usps box he saw me i grab it and when i went to the line he told me i grab a wrong box he is so annoying so i end up walking out.. to the usps i will never come back there anymore.

People give post office's a bad rap, but honestly, I've rarely had a problem here. If you treat workers with respect, they usually present their best version of themselves.

Quite possibly one of the WORST post offices I have ever dealt with!!! UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL, and ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD-EARNED $$$ Key word is SERVICE!!!!!

Steve, the Counter Man at the Green Road USPO was superb helping me mail a package to South Korea! Expensive as heck, but still only 1/4 of what UPS wanted. Package got there.

I wrote the original review 6 years agoUpdate as of 1/3/23It's way better, better CS, shorter waiting time, nicer people, so I am giving them an extra starThis is absolutely the word post office I have ever seen in my life. People are rude, and lines are long. I don't understand how people working in customer services can be so incompetent. If I go there it's just because I don't have a choice. Hate this place

My last mail was dropped on the floor of my porch outside and on the front walk, where an important document was completely saturated. The phone number listed gave no appropriate choices for my complaint and suggested that *I* fill out a form and expect to wait 3days for any reply. This is unacceptable. Please update your BUSINESS hours to reflect when someone would be expected to be able to talk to a human being to deliver a package. If a person isn't there, you're closed, even if you accept drop-offs. Wasted a drive here for no one to be there
