Don’t even waste your time with this place. The service is absolutely terrible. I one the ladies at the counter if they a size 12, with an attitude she damn near snatched the shoe from me looked on the screen and said, “we ain’t got it!” And threw the shoe back onto the counter. I was disgusted. Y’all allow such women to work here with that kind of attitude? I use to be a loyal customer here but the service quality has declined drastically! I’ll never spend another dime here!!! And if good service is a priority for you I highly suggest whoever’s reading this follows suit and does the same. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. What is the point of having a phone number if you’re never going to answer the phone. I mean ever. Out of every single DTLR store I’ve been to which is about 12 not one of them has ever picked up the phone. Not one of them. It is ridiculous. Customer service is trash

I seriously thought this store was a good place to go and get some shoes. Until I arrived today to find out that if I didn’t win some “sweepstakes” that I can’t buy the pair of shoes that I had asked them about a week ago. Then the site that you have to visit to sign up for the “sweepstakes” isn’t even working properly. All in all the store does have shoes that you want but if they don’t want you to have them, you can forget about them 💯

The man who started to help was was very nice, then a lady took over and was not very pleasant. You cannot try on both shoes at the same time, no explanation as to why. I'm assuming theft so I offered to hand over keys & wallet as collateral. The only way to try both shoes on are to buy them. I liked the selection they had and the cleanliness, but I think I'll stick to other stores.

Terrible customer service. They lost my order but have the audacity to have no solutions or care. Never do ship to store! Employees will "misplace" your paid items.

The store is pretty big and the selection is pretty slim. They have some nice pieces and some questionable pieces. The prices varied also. So it's 50/50 on a slim selection. Anything that I liked would be out of stock or size too small. I'm kind of particular about what I like but usually can put together an outfit with what is available pretty much anywhere... but wasn't able to here. Thre is snow on the ground at the time of visit, but they also had shorts still out for some reason. So take a visit and see for yourself.
