Nikki(Snehita) was our server who was pleasant and caring. She helped us choose from the menu. We loved gobi Manchurian and biryani in the ? sun. Truely worth investing your money for feel good food and atmosphere.

This establishment does excellent work, the staff are highly knowledgeable about the cats in their care. Any questions were met with informed answers. They truly care for the cats of the cafe and it shows. Any medical or dietary restrictions are explained to prospective adopters to make sure that these cats are a proper fit. Plus the coffee drinks are excellent.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at any cafe in my life. Found it by chance because the place I always would go to was closed. The staff was so kind and accommodating and the cafe is so unique. Even though we couldn’t go inside with the cats because it was reserved up due to Valentines Day, we had an amazing time watching them through the glass. The menu is unbelievable. Standard coffee/ espresso drinks made with the best quality but also unique things for people with a sweet tooth and also, the option for unsweetened ceremonial matcha- which is something that I was excited about because you don’t see that often with the option to get it in the form of a latte. Cute things to buy from local artists. I had to leave with a succulent planter which my friend and I decided was my personality the most. Someone was training a cat to sit at a post right by our table and put the cutest flower hat on it. I thought that was a kind gesture because we couldn’t go inside. Nothing but pure joy from our experience. The cats are treated with such care it’s so wonderful to see. You could tell this cat was completely unfazed by the hat and it was on loosely and never tried to take it off for at least an hour that it sat by us and just chilled.Dietary restrictions: They worked extremely well with my dietary restrictions- which are many compared to the average population. I usually can’t get anything special to enjoy but they made a vegan milkshake from the menu in a very unique way with the only type of milk I could have and changed the flavoring they usually add and even added coffee bc I requested it, I wanted the ice cream with coffee on top but I really wanted something to sip on. They had no idea if it would taste okay because they changed almost everything about it but it was the only way I’d be able to drink it. They will do anything to accommodate you and let me tell you it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had ?????

Took my daughter here to adopt a cat. We were turned away because we didn’t have a reservation. Place was clean people were nice. Website should just say you MUST have a reservation because there was only 1 person in the place and they wouldn’t even let us look. If you want to adopt a cat just go to the APL and skip this place. If you need to have coffee with cats make sure you make a reservation. On the upside if they are turning away business there is an opportunity for someone to step in and offer some competition.

Cat Cafès are notoriously rare, and I'm glad to say I found one in Cleveland. Firstly, if you want to sit with the cats in their play area, you have to make a reservation, as they can only have so many people at a time. If not, you can still order coffee and brownies in the café, which is a separate section. Coffee was pretty good, and the brownies I thought were good. But that's probably not why you're here! The cats are so so cute! And they're also available for adoption, so if there's a cat who you are particularly fond of, you can take em home! A very cool spot nevertheless and I will definitely making more feline friends when I come back :)Parking: Area is very small, you may struggle to find parking here on mornings or weekends. Free parking lot behind the building.

Easily my favorite cafe! I brought a cat-loving friend here for a belated holiday outing and she and I absolutely loved the entire experience. The staff was, to a person, kind, cheerful and knowledgeable and the coffee and pastries were delicious. But of course we mostly came for the kitties, and they did not disappoint. Our "guide" in the kitty room pointed out which cats loved to be petted and which preferred to be left alone, plus she gave us brief bios of all the feline residents. My friend was thrilled when one darling kitty gave her "kisses" and I was lucky enough to have another kitty rub against my legs and give me sweet head butts when I wasn't petting her fast enough. I wish I could've adopted one of the cats but my grumpy old man kitty is very much a loner and actually runs off the other neighborhood cats.

I really can't say enough good things about affogato. It's a really cool opportunity to be able to hang out with cats in a calm, beautiful environment whether it's just to hang out or if you're looking to potentially adopt. But that's not where they shine. It's the things you don't see. It's how they care for these cats and help the cats adjust the so that they are better companions when they get adopted. It's the second chances that some cats might not have had otherwise. Oh and the tea was pretty good too ?

We didn't realize that an appointed was needed , and so we were not able to visit the cat area, so I can't give an accurate review. I can tell you that the atmosphere seemed relaxing and the staff were very nice.
