I shop at this Aldi frequently and enjoy it, workers are friendly and food is usually good quality and reasonably priced. My last visit was on Monday, December 15 and was very disappointing. I was looking for a package of celery hearts. They only had two packages and both of them were starting to get brown and slimy. The rest of the produce selection seemed a lot more limited than usual. When I went to the dairy section I found and entire case of milk cartons with a sell by date of December 7, 2025. The entire dairy section was a mess. Several other items were very close or just past the sell by date. Yogurt containers were dented and bent. Some of them were missing the outer lid. I had to look for several minutes for a container of sour cream that wasn't dented and/or expired. The store looked like it hadn't been stocked in over a week and poorly done at that. Please go back to being the clean, well stocked store I like shopping at.

Everybody knows how expensive eggs are. The female cashier charged me a dozen of eggs 5.97$ while I didn’t buy any eggs. A new way to get free eggs ?

What's happening to my reviews???
They've never (since the pandemic) restocked their veggie version of their French Bread pizzas. Someone should tell them that many of us can't tolerate PEPPERONI - the only option now!
Often there aren't prices on the shelves.
There's no way for us single people to consume 2-3 pounds of prepackaged fruit - EVEN IF THEY WEREN'T BRUISED AND ROT QUICKLY. I've observed restocking with such carelessness - dumping or practically tossing those bags around as though they aren't fragile. (I'll concede it's not just at Aldi's though.)
I'm looking forward to their forthcoming new store in University Heights (will it really happen????) so I don't have to drive so far to be disappointed.......

Guess the price. I've been to many Aldi's but this location is the worst for pricing. Items everywhere without prices on the shelves. Don't even try to figure out the prices in the "Aldi Finds" cooler. Seems like a scam. They figure when you get to the register they will run it through fast and you'll never know what you paid.

Store is no problem , it’s the employees.. The male supervisor sit & talk with the younger employees slowing up they process of they work . The male supervisor always acting as if he has an attitude problem . They talks about they customers in they face like it’s nothing , very unprofessional. If you don’t wanna deal with people why get a job where you have to communicate? They have people sitting outside begging for quarters with snot coming out they 👃. The young security park they car near the door & just watch . You would think they would change they act , this same location went viral on TikTok for being rude smh ..

This was my first time in an Aldi. The place is organized differently than the grocery stores I'm used to, but not in a bad way. There were quite a few products that I had never seen before, including several that were on my diet. (Carnivore) it's a great place to grab a snack or the ingredients for a quick meal. However, if you go for a few days' worth of groceries, you might have trouble finding some of the things typically in a larger store.

Prices are great, but if you want name brand only go elsewhere. There are no pet supplies. Meat department has great prices. Two fillet mignon wrapped in bacon was just $9.99, as an example. Where I usually shop and shopping at Aldi I saved just over $28.

Staff is good but we need an Aldi in Cleveland Heights so I can stop going here. Every single time I come here there’s homeless guy(s) on drugs waiting outside of the door asking you for money, it’s very uncomfortable experience every time.
