I gave one star to let me give my opinion... the next one is I do DoorDash, I came here and asked an employee for help and she refused to help me because I am not a customer, I am placing the order for a customer and that is why I am not Could you help me, I am a customer of yours because I consume at Aldi, maybe I won't be there but someone else if I don't understand and leave the order and to make matters worse they don't really pay me for it they really need more employees with more empathy she doesn't know if it's the first time I come to this Aldi not all Aldi are the same what a shame more EMPTIA Thank you

When I went to go grocery shop I had to pee really bad so I told one of the employees and they called for someone, MICHELLE TOOK HER SWEET TIME TO UNLOCK THE DOOR FOR ME AND NOT ONLY THAT WHEN I WENT INSIDE THE BATHROOM THERE WAS MOUSE. THERE BATHROOM IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤢

Manager has a terrible attitude and is very disrespectful! I asked her where an item was and she was ignoring me and huffing and puffing. She proceeded to get loud and tell me I need to look for it. After that I walked away from her, I gave up looking for the item. So then I turn around and she following me around the store to the register to then say I can’t buy my full cart of items. But oh well now you have more work to do putting my stuff back up. Tho I’m sure she is gonna tell someone else to do the job. I just don’t understand people that work at jobs they don’t like. If you don’t like to help the people as the manager you are why even become one smh what a disgrace to the company. I will never shop at this place again.

I VISITED THIS LOCATION ON 11/29 I BOUGHT A PK OF MINI SWEET PEPPERS AMONGST A COUPLE OF OTHER ITEMS. I WENT TO USE THEM THE VERY NEXT DAY I CUT INTO {1} A DISGUSTING ODOR CAME OUT IT ALMOST MADE ME NAUSEOUS. SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE A DIRECT # I MADE SURE TO GO BK SUN 12 /1 FOR A REFUND. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY PLEASANT DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR MY RECEIPT BUT I MADE SURE TO SHOW IT STILL.

Most employees are friendly and helpful, MOST
One complaint my friend and I both had was the price tags, many things weren't marked as all, and several other tags were misplaced under different items than the tags were priced for. When my friend approached a nearby employee and asked about a price for an item that this particular employee had just gotten done stocking. She just kept saying "it's right there. It's right there" and pointed in the general direction of the iiem he had asked about. This particular item was in the cooler, he finally found the marker... the tag was on the floor inside the cooler half under the rack
