My elderly mother ordered from Dr. Leonard right before Christmas. They cashed her check but did not ship her merchandise. In fact, when we called, they had no record of her order. We mailed a copy of her cancelled check with a letter of explanation. They sent a letter saying they received our correspondence but needed a copy of the check (which we had already sent). They have never refunded the money despite our multiple calls to the customer service department. Now they won’t even answer the phone. We have tried repeatedly to get through their call tree, get to the recorded music, and then get dropped. Now we see they have filed for bankruptcy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I've been an industry for almost forty-five years and I've never had a laundry company completely ignore us .(but still bill us for their services). The rags they supply us with looks Iike they got they got mauled by a tiger. They deliver them in wad in a bag.I called corporate several times to get it straightened out.. they never did anything. we called the local store many times nothing ever happened. we had no clean laundry for 20 guys. They have been taking their laundry home and having their wives wash their greasy, Sandy And muddy uniforms in the family washing machine. so we just fired them and now we have cintas. Done and done.

I ordered sciatca strape for my leg. Was not able to use it. Was billed right away before I could return it now it was returned but I am not able to get anyone to talk to to clear my bill. I don,t owe anything except the 9.99 for the return need to talk to some about this.Burma Nance

My mother bought an item through Harriet Carter but sold and shipped by AmeriMark had a knob missing so they sent her a new one as they said they would, but without telling us they charged us for 2 additional of the same item. Got charged for 3 but 1 complete and 1 incomplete items, 1 was incomplete missing parts and second not worth 2 dollars.DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM AMERIMARK AND HARRIET CARTERAMERIMARK OR HARRIET CARTER FIX THIS PROBLEM ILL CHANGE MY REVIEW

Amerimark is a terrible company! I've called them 4 xs telling them my grandmother has passed! Sent death certificate and they still send threatening letters!! Stear clear of a company that can't take care of simple matters!
