DO NOT trust this place, they screw up and then you end up paying for THEIR mistakes. Shop elsewhere, place doesn't even deserve ONE star. Completely dissatisfied and would never recommend this place to any business or anyone, ever!!!

I was injured at work, Antrust is our workman’s comp. I’ve had two different claims adjusters and both are terrible. Absolutely the worst to deal with They don’t answer emails. They don’t answer phone calls. I’ve gone 6 weeks without a check and they don’t care. The service is so bad that their signatures say “ if you don’t get a response from me write my manager (and give his contact info.). I’ve started including him when my payments stop with no reason and a week later still no answer.

They don't deserve even one star. As an owner and operator of small trucking company. We were insurered WESCO/AMTRUST INSURANCE. We had a claim back in May 2024. We right away reported the claim.They have been trying to get away and come up with every excuse to deny the claim. They assigned to our case what they called ajuster/ Brandon whitaker with his supervisor La toysha O'brain. We went through investigations and interrogations, they finally said We accepted the claim and we will fixed the damages. They sent ajuster to stimate the trailer, their appraisal sent us a small check after they checked the trailer. We took the trailer to Great dane to stimate the damage. Great dane came up with big bill and said this will be the cost to fixed the trailer. Brain and La toysha informed us that the trailer will be total loss and they are waiting the paperworks form their appraisal company which will take 1 business day the most. We waited 3 weeks and we asked any updates since they said it will take only one day to get the paperworks. Ajuster Brondon responded and said "This claim has gone back under investigation with our Special Investigative Unit" couple weeks later they came back and said You have no coverage for this trailer and we have been paying insurance last 12 months. Now the case is escalated to Ohio department of insurance as well as ohio business bureau, and ohio atorney general's office. our insurance force us to file a lawsuit against them. Small claim will cost them to lose their license way more than what they're trying to skip. See you in the court room. you are absolutely scams.

they canceled my policy, it was a over 10k policy, i need to bought a new one and pay, its already a month after they canceled and no money was returned to me, i am out with 10k, and i don't think they will pay me interest on my money there

We are waiting to hear back from the claims agent regarding additional wages owed to my daughter from a death benefit....the agent is currently not responding to emails...I will update reviews each week my daughter goes without a response. UPDATE: As of 7/26 we have sent multiple emails to the agent who handled my daughter's case....she will not respond to our inquiry to send a statement of the payout. Please tell me what insurance company sends you a check without a letter outlining what the payment is for and how they came up with the figures....also we have requested a copy of the wage statement from the employer....she refuses to respond to our emails and she will not provide us with her supervisor information after we've requested multiple times. We are now seeking multiple legal counsels to pursue a lawsuit against Amtrust. She has also advised my daughter she has been overpaid without a letter of explanation about the overpayment....just an email saying she's been overpaid. It's really unfortunate that people have to go through these things in order to get businesses to be more professional and do what they are required to do.

LaTonia Smalls is an "adjuster" who promises payment and then after the fact does not follow through. Meanwhile their insured who has a violent past is still allowed to drive a semi. Buyers beware. Terrible company, terrible customer service and the WORST adjuster I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Sold me a worker’s compensation policy that was not valid in my state. I wasn’t notified until a year later during renewal. I emailed Daria Zinovieva whom ignored my emails and didn’t guide me to the correct person for resolution.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE LOVE OR GOD LOOK FOR ANOTHER if you pass the payment date by 1 day they put pending cancellation on your policy and you CANNOT GET ANY LOADS WITH BROKERS and it takes about 1 week to get that removed they are horrible people that only care about themselves they could care less about customers

Trash company! Do not buy a auto warranty from them(Wesco, a shell company)because they’ll come up with all kind of reasons and loopholes not to pay. Waste of $2500 bucks

Filed a workers comp claim. Didn't get medical care I needed because no one could get in contact with ANYONE at this location. So we ended up getting a settlement. That was 6 weeks ago. Attorneys are STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT. What the hell is wrong with this company?!

Called for a quote on Workers Comp after being referred by Next. Spent 25 minutes answering questions and was told I'd receive a call back qith a quote. Call came to notify me It would take 24 hours for underwriters to review. Waited 27 and called back to be told they don't cover new companies.Tired of poor salesman who are afraid to confront the tough phone calls. I work in sales, and have for a long time. Susan I believe is his name. No email or return phone call is unacceptable.

The most unprofessional company I ever had the displeasure to be forced to work with. From the receptionist who could hardly be understood do to some foreign accent, to her inability to do anything I asked. like asking for people by name to be transferred to, and she said she had no way to find out who that was. this a a major commercial insurance company! What if my company was involved in a claim and we needed to communicate with them? Stay clear of this one people. They couldn't even find where I paid my balance 6 weeks earlier, when another carrier of my company found a notice from them saying they received my check yet they never contacted me AND told me my policy was not in effect/ when it was,/ told me to e-mail the company and ask for the person by name.
