Not a pleasant environment. Tech did a horrible job on my pedicure and manicure. The polish job was awful. I had him take it off . I will never return here. The absolute worst experience in a nail shop.

They’re very prejudice and selective on whom they want to give good customer service to. I was watched as I walked in and I saw the front desk person pull the book as I walked in. I was then turned away for a nail repair and gel toe change. It was stated that they don’t have anyone who could do an acrylic repair and if I wait for a toe change it’ll be a very long time.

I have received great service every time I’ve been there for the last fifteen years! Every technician has been kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this salon.

I love love love this place. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to in my life. The pedicures are amazing, relaxing, and so peaceful. I will never go anywhere else ever again.The shop ambience brings you a spa/ serenity feel. Just looking up at the ceiling alone makes me feel like I’m in a royal castle. All they missing is a glass of champagne to go with this service lol. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know and I will definitely be returning.

The worst manicure I have gotten. My nails look so bad, and my cuticles hurt. The nail tech rushed through everything and cut my skin multiple times. I have residual nail polish all over my skin. The price was so ridiculous for the quality of manicure I got.

I went to this place yesterday to redeem my gift card for my birthday, this was the worst mani/ pedi I’ve ever experienced, when my pedi was being done, the tech rushed through my foot massage made it very painful, my mani was terrible she cut into skin on my nails so now their sore and I had to put bandages on my fingers, hang nails were left uncut, this was a waste of $70

I had to come back to get my nails fixed and a wonderful nail tech took on the job. Naree is her name and she did an excellent job. Professional, kind, and all about her business. She now has a regular customer. Great job!

A bad experience. I asked for a signature pedicure and was told $44. They charged me $75 because I got gel and the took gel off. Why are they charging to take gel off of my nails when one I go there to get my pedi and how else could you do a pedicure without taking the polish off. Why is that not included in the service? It’s stupid and ridiculous. And then a lady I used to go to there always asks me why I didn’t call her to make an appointment. It’s annoying.

I received service and I didn’t tip this one time so the nail tech blocked my number and I was never able to receive service at this nail salon again

unfortunately my gel mani was not good. 3 nails completely peeled off, two chipping, within 2-3 days. pedi polish now chipping 5 days after appt. what a waste of $

My end results left me less than enthused! The shape of my nails were all off and they looked like she used too much polish! However, maybe it was just old. All I know is when I said the shapes of the nails look weird. She responded rudely and walked away. I won't be back after being away for months... I can't find a decent nail tech to save my life!! The cost was too expensive for the quality I received. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This nail spa always does a great job on my manicures and pedicures! You have to book a reservation ahead of time most of the times as walk-in appointments are very difficult to get at this location. Great location at Legacy Village. I will definitely be back.
