Candi… wow! Amazing! Helped me out through a very confusing situation when my number was blacklisted. Multiple times! At the same time she helped this other costumer while on the phone helping me! Really went above and beyond and I’m very appreciative.

Everyone nice and friendly till you need their help ! Never ever again, I've been with att for 4yrs, not one bill got paid late. Signed my contract in this store and got service but they messed up my account bad (never had an online account or anything). Now nobody can cancel my contract, nobody can find my account except this store but they said they are not authorized to do anything - how is this even possible. Running around to different stores, calling different number and nobody absolutely NOBODY wants to get this fixed. After getting mad sure they told me to leave. Unbelievable all this.

Staff outright lies to make a sale. They scammed me for around $800. Told them multiple times, I would need a plan for about 8 months - as I was in the US temporarily. Did not need a new phone, they said the plan was not possible with my iPhone 13+, and offered a trade in for a iPhone 14+. They specifically said the trade in credit would be deducted in total once I cancel after the 8 months - turns out it won't. It only affects monthly payments. With the cancelation I lost pretty much the whole trade in value. Yes, I should have read the fine print better, but I specifically asked about this and the sales person lied to my face (and "stole" my trade in iPhone worth $800). Same for my wife and her phone.
