Very welcoming, nice area nice shop. I had a silk press and eyebrow shape. $120 I believe is way too expensive for a silk press$20 for a eye brow shape. . And a $5 covid fee? I can't afford this, and it just wasn't worth it. Maybe $80 for a silk press. I walked out spending a total of $140. I tipped $10. But good luck with the business.Services: Eyebrow shaping

If you're looking for upscale and quick, this is not the place for you. I was warmly greeted by two lovely women when I walked in. They immediately struck up a conversation with me and then had me fill out a form about what I was looking for with my pedi. Then the owner sat down and we discussed my wants and needs. She then explained that her place wasn't fancy. And it isn't. Bit its homey and just right for me. I felt completely comfortable right away. The young lady that did my nails was so sweet. She really took her time with me. You could tell that she enjoyed her job and took pride in it. I'm all about local small business and if you're reading this, please give them a try. I read some negative reviews and I'm glad I made the choice to go. Its not a big fancy boutique but they care and it shows. I'll go back for sure.

My appointment was on June 16, 2017. I walked in with beautiful long black hair with a little gray. I requested a color and press. After washing hair after coloring, she began scrubbing at my edges and washing my hair again then scrubbing again. When I sat in the chair for her to comb my hair, I was horrified! I had bald spots in my hair where she kept rubbing trying to get the black dye off. I had bald spots and a deep black ring all around my head. I said "are those bald spots in my hair!! She said very worried "No thats your natural hair line" I was so mad I stood up and walked out with wet hair. Once home I was able to view that all that rubbing she was doing broke my hair off all the way around my hair line. I hair line is at lease far back 1 inch around what use to be my natural hair line. I can't believe after I said "Are those bald spots?" She said "no", looking worried and said check the shampoo bowl, no hair fail out" I looked at her worried lying face then back to my very noticeable bald spots. And said "I have had enough of this, you messed my hair up and I have bald spots and a black hair dye ring around my head where hair use to be!!" I walked out with wet damaged hair. It took EVERY GOD LOVING part of me not to slam her door on my way out. I should have walked out the minute I began to notice that the plants were not taken care of, large paint chips peeling from the ceiling. Walls, chairs and floor were unclean. I was her first appointment on Friday at 9 am but there were hair clippings on the floor from who knows when and she walked right on them as if they were not there. I walked in with beautiful, long, natural hair that I had grown for 5 years and walked out with long, broken, damaged fried hair with bald spots around my hair line., 10 months later I still have bald spots which I now assume will never grow back hair where she vigorously rubbed trying to removed the over processed coloring. Also, that nice clean picture of the shop on her site, the one with the green chair, is a lie. That is not how her shop looked at the time. So disappointed in you Sister that you did not admit to your errors and try to help correct your error. Instead you let your customer walk out dissatisfied losing her business and telling other's of your unsatisfactory service. I have before and after pictures if you click my name and look under photo. Up dated March 2018. August 31, 2017: Update: received a refund, gift certificate for products at her store, and a letter on how she will clean up her shop, improve her service, ect. Returned everything but the check.
