“Selena was a big help! I was able to quickly obtain insurance on a vehicle that I had transferred into my name an hour ago. I was in the BMV and waiting for my number to be called when I realized I needed insurance in order to get tags. I called State Farm and Selena was able to gather the information needed, take payment, and text me ID cards without me having to step out of line.
