“Amazing! I had a broken exhaust (my car was loud!). I brought it to my normal repair shop, and they quoted $1,600. I called Affordable Muffler based on online recommendations to get a second opinion on an exhaust issue, and I spoke with John on the phone and discussed what was wrong based on the other shop's evaluation. John mentioned he was confident that he and his guys could do the repair for much less, given their experience and welding skills, and that they would replace only the broken areas. I brought the car in around noon. Less than 30 minutes later, he called back and quoted the repair would be $419. The car was done and ready to be picked up within 2 hours of my drop-off. Also got a warranty for the repair. I give the shop my strongest possible recommendation.”

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“PCS is super honest, friendly, and quick. I took my car in because I thought it was driving funny. I asked them to check the spark plugs and give it a test drive. They called me a little while later to say they could not find anything wrong with it. They offered to do a tune-up, but said that they really didn't think I needed it. Here is the touchy part!! when the car was completed he found out my wife was in the hospital she just had Brain surgery he delivered the car right to my Driveway and said to me on the phone Merry X Christmas Wich brought tears to my eyes..
