This man is a professional and knows his stuff! I called first, explained what was going on and he told me to bring My car right up to him no waiting! Once I got there, He properly Diagnosed my issue And saved me a ton of money and didn't even charge me a dime for his diagnosis! He will now be the only Mechanic to work on any of my vehicles ! He's truly that good . I highly, HIGHLY recommend him for any service pertaining To any kind of vehicles!

I took my car to the dealership where I usually go to get my car serviced and they give me a statement for over $7,000 for work to be done on my car. So, i thought this was insane! There's no way I could accept this. I needed a second opinion because I take care of my car. So, I did a Google search. I would like to thank Ken at Auto World On E152nd Street for his honesty and professional opinion. I showed him my statement from the dealership and he did an inspection on my car. He found no problems and that the dealership was trying to get me to sale them my car. I was so glad for the good report and Ken didn't charge me for time and service.

I would like to thank Ken and his team. He was professional, and he kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle in real time. I was expecting the work to take 3-4 weeks but he was able to get the work completed before the expected deadline at reasonable price! The day of pick up, Micah at The Wash detailed my car. Made it look brand new all over again! Thanks again Auto World Inc and The Wash. I will be retuning!
