The worst customer service. The staff are rude and very seldom helpful. The only employees that have sense there are the managers. I get irritated every time I have to go there. I would give this store negative 5 stars if I could

I went in on 03/02/24 and let me just say this was the best auto zone experience and customer service I’ve ever had. I went for new wiper blades and Andrew was extremely honest and not just trying to make me break the bank for some new wipers. He gave me 3 different options and I learned that you have to change the wipers at least once a year no matter which brand I bought. He took his time to help me and even showed me which one he buys for his car. Then offered to put them on for me. I explained that my windshield wiper fluid has never worked because it would spray opposite direction and so he got Nick his manager and himself to look at it. Nick is truly amazing also, he went over and beyond and FIXED MY wiper fluid to spray the right way! I am so grateful for these two youngmen that were genuinely wanting to help. You can tell they love what they do! There is honestly no other auto zone in Ohio that I would want to go to from now on. Thank you Andrew and Nick again you both deserve raises! God bless you both and all in this store.

They didn't have a scanner tool for my check engine light. So I'm bought one on Amazon for like $26 and it's awesome.

Drove 35 minutes to get a water pump that was said to be only one in stock anywhere, needed it badly. I finally get there and told price matching was not possible and when I opened the box to check the part…it was a core (an old pump) that was never sent back..so overall very aggravating experience. This store absolutely needs overhauled management otherwise it’ll be another empty building for lease??♂️

The staff was busy doing other things instead of waiting on customers: vacuuming, changing trash, etc…. I assumed it was shift change. The woman that finally waited on me was (after a long time) standing at the counter texting on her phone ( she may have actually been the manager by the way she addressed the staff). Then, she was gone forever getting my part, I assume more texting…. I would have gone to another location, but this store was the only AutoZone with my part. I will not be going back again, I don’t need to watch the staff text while I just stand in front of them waiting.

Stay away from this place! Worst customer experience I have ever had at any autozone. There where three people there only one was working the other two stood behind the counter not doing anything. It took me yelling for them to come out and help me. One of the employees that did help was not much of a help at all.
