Visited this location to purchase oil for my car around 4:30pm on Monday. Asked a worker with a red shirt for assistance with a funnel and he said “NOPE” as he continued to walk away. I will never return to this location, O’Reilly’s treats people better, especially ladies.

They definitely lazy and don’t want to help u and some don’t even know the services u need I am trying to figure out how they got their jobs also dude did not come from around the register to help me but helped another guy imagine that won’t be back to this one no more very poor services here

Very poor customer service, their employee named Kelvin is extremely rude. I called beforehand about a battery along with installation and was told that it can be done only to he given an attitude on top of the run around when I got there. I had Kelvin being mean and moody while complaining about people not coming in on time on top of him complaining about their manager not being there. Kelvin was being so nasty and didn't want to answer any of my questions, all he did was point to the highest priced item saying "Get this!" Not knowing I checked the availability of what I wanted online before I got there. All in all, truly a bad experience, do not go to this location unless you want to argue cause that is exactly what happened to me.

Great experience. Was in need of a new battery on a snowy cold morning today and the gentleman working took great care of us and tested our old one and installed the new one even though it was cold and windy.
