Went to this Autozone tonight (around 6 pm) for a new battery and before I even told them the make and model of my car they told me they couldn't put one in for me even if I bought it from them. They said they didn't do it on certain cars (they didn't even know what type of car I had and they have perviously done it for my fiancé's much more difficult battery in his Jeep) and that it was too cold. I assume they just didn't feel like doing it and they thought because I was a woman that I would just believe them and go home. However, I ended up taking it to the O'Reilly's on Brookpark where they put a new battery in for me no problem! I would 100000% recommend you go there instead of this place. The O'Reilly's employees were nice the entire time and I hope they enjoyed the tip I left them for helping me out! My fiancé and I will never spend another cent at Autozone.

Thanks William S and associates. The team here was very informative. One of the Best customer service experiences ever had at autozone. I really appreciate the team here we need more experts working in auto part stores. William S was excellent congratulations on your promotion you definitely deserve it. Even though the store was closing in 30min I was not rushed and the team here was very comforting to my needs and helped me figure out my problem quickly without just allowing me to think i found the problem. They noticed the problem that helped me purchase the right product for my overheating issue. I thought i needed a hose actually i needed sum adhesive to temporarily seal the crack that the hose was holding on to. Thank you ? It worked

Worst customer service Ever, Went into the store tonight to get a Taillight bulb and there was nobody in line besides me and the worker told me It was an aisle one when I could not locate the bulb. I asked him for help. He told me one minute I stood there for about 10 minutes before I walked out of the store and went to O’Reilly’s.. Never have I went into a parts store and them see me struggling to find something and them just not automatically help.

If I could just add negative stars, I would. It is a female employee there who is absolutely incompetent. I went there for a battery replacement, and I will forgive her getting the wrong battery. No, that's not it. It was the fact that she was so lazy and willing to get out of the work of swapping the battery that she would tell a stupid lie about not having a tool for a part of the battery that connects to the computer of the car??!?! She cost the location some business, and I wanted to say please get the man I talked to back to this counter, but I left to go to another autozone and got it done, no problem. Talk about stupid.

Nonsense.have receipt and refuse exchange off battery while under warranty...Super unorganized.Don't go here bad service.Waited 30 min because they mistakenly misplaced another customers. 14.00 dollar receipt...Wonder why people get upset .it was an 189.00 batterystill under warranty..Will never step in there ever again..very poor customer sevice.young kids thinking it's funny..

I went there 12/8 a little before 8 pm. I totally forgot to ask his name but he was a bigger white guy and he really went above and beyond helping me. I really did appreciate it... Auto Zone you guys have an awesome employee. !!!

Great location. Just the entire parking lot is always full with people going to the bar across the street. Like, every day and night.
