Employees were super nice. I was hoping they had some 2025 Calanders on the counter but sadly they havent received any. So Corporate....PLEASE send some Calanders to our Puritas location in West Park! Thank you so much!

I can't say enough about the staff here at the Puritas Avenue location in Cleveland, especially Nathan! He was outside in the cold for 15 minutes installing my car battery. My old battery was so rusted he had to use all the tools he had to remove it. He was kind, considerate, and professional. Thank you again!!

Always amazing service at this location but I wanted to pay a compliment to Cam in particular for her kind help and knowledge. After my son and I struggled unsuccessfully to change a rear bulb Cam knew exactly what to do and quickly got my son on his way to NY. We really appreciate your help Cam! Thank you!

The price of the items from the same seller varies depending on who serves you, and they do not explain why. They do not guide you, they are aggressive and poorly educated, especially the 2 Latin mens, They do not provide you assistence service "as they say" $240 for the cheaper battery and they did not even offer me the assistence service for changing it, and they didn't accept the old battery for any discount....Nothing at all $240 plus install it by myself!!! I am surprised by the bad attitudes and the bad service wow I can't believe it,I am embarrassed how they treat the people!!!! It is the worst autozone with the most garbage service in the entire U.S. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!
