the starbucks in the bookstore is not the best. the baristas act like they could care less about anything and are very rude. the cafe is literally out of everything, so there’s barely anything to order

Easy to sign up and pay, but instructor(Jillian H.) and staff were unable to send out a zoom link for a virtual class after several emails and phone calls over the course of 4 business days. Even went on campus and was unable to find help.Even required course material ex book list was late in coming.Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!

While I realize it’s possible there were things happening which I could not see on my end, I was hung up on mid sentence and that just seemed highly unprofessional and rude. The whole conversation lasted maybe 15 seconds if even that.

I needed to get some things for my classes from the bookstore. The people who work here were very helpful and taught me how to use my stomp card to purchase supplies. There's also a kiosk here that allows you to check your stomp card balance. Definitely helpful for someone who's new to Tri-C.

All my reviews are about customer service and satisfaction. The new bookstore is great. It's beautiful. The staff is good. One exception is the one black kid. Not judging just reporting facts, I wish it wasn't true but his bitterness brings down an otherwise great place for students. I updated this by one star. Based on improvements right before COVID and now during COVID.

If you wanna see the rudest, the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff ever. Go or call the counseling’s center at Metro Campus. the ladies are rude and do their best to make you go back. they treat students like beggars. I've called them to schedule an appointment with a counselor concerning Academic Plan assignment in which my teacher had mentioned that we could see any counselor at any campus but the lady on the phone said « that’s not correct », she didn’t even let me continue my question and briefly hanged up the phone and transfered me to the eastern campus. I ve recalled her metro campus many time but she didn’t answer! When she finally answered she transféré me to her manager who wasn’t at office I called again and she suggested a walk-in at 5:30pm

Ok, so I attend this school so I might be a teeny weeny biased. I love that I can buy books, campus gear, phone accessories, coffee, and muffins all in the same place. I also scavenge for offers on books all the time. They usually have a great selection of novels, culinary books, and biographies for cheap, not just academic books. The staff is so nice and the ambience is so relaxing. Please drop in and enjoy Starbucks while getting lost in a book.

The professors at Tri-C are wonderful but I just been forcefully giving a degree that I said I didn’t want. They have emailed me a couple of times and each time I stated I didn’t want the Associate in Arts. I’m trying to go back to school and because I have a degree (that I knew nothing of )I’m being turned down for certain scholarships I called up there and left messages on Christine Casarez’s phone but no response I have even emailed to no avail. How is it possible for a school to make you graduate from their college. I thought I had an option. Did I mention Tri-C wasn’t the last school I attended so if I’m going to be forced to take a degree I would think it would be from the last school I attended.

I'm 52 years old and with the exception of Danny I really felt discriminated against yesterday when I tried to re enroll into the metro campus, I still have my student ID number. They call themselves "my home college come back" in my opinion they didn't take me seriously. I finally told them forget about it and tell Danny, Chip was here, because he's the only one there who seems to care.

Currently attend and you can never schedule an appointment to see a counselor- always have an excuse to new student orientation or something else. I don’t understand how it’s such a big school with multiple locations and cannot still serve all students. Between semesters or while semester are in process. Their system is so unorganized. I basically guided myself through the whole year I’ve been attending. I was a transfer student from a private university and I can’t wait to transfer. Needs more structure
