Appointments only. No Walk ins. So They said they didn't have enough help. There were only two people working there. So no I got nothing done.

Really dirty salon and my dip nails lasted less than a week before chipping and falling apart. They have a sign that says walk ins welcome but they do not accept walk ins. They keep the door locked and don't let people in. It's very sketchy.

Misleading…this company is using another places website as their own. I tried to book an appointment and can’t even find the option and on top of that your salon isn’t that name. Sally’s salon is a actual hair supplies store and your not them. STOP IMPOSING AND GET RID OF THAT LINK!!!

The staff was very nice and very helpful I recommend that you go and get your toes and your nails done for a little of nothing and the price is alright

I have no complaints, only in the beginning she was getting my daughter & I names confused so it was becoming a problem with appointments.. but now problem fix & I love this new way they put the gel on over your real nails, it's called dip & its amazing for the nails! They are pretty quick also with their appointments!

I come to this place all the time because it's right around the corner from me and it was like eight bucks cheaper than the nice places. Sometimes I'll go to Michael Anthony's and spend the $$ to be in a clean environment who don't rush. Nancy is always rude as hell, dismissive and will get loud with customers including myself today even though I've been coming here almost every two weeks for at least 6 months? Give and take from the times I go to nicer, cleaner salons. My nails have been filed down so thin that they break and are bending whenever I pick something up it's a horrible feeling having these brittle nails that even folding laundry pushes them back-and-forth. I got my nails done three days ago, my nails are chipping, the process is always rushed through- the watered down lotion she'll use for the "massage" smells foul- I mean actually like old wet towels. When I went in today I said politely I wanted to pay to have these chips fixed and to add a layer of topcoat to make my nails stronger I didn't care if I had to pay for a whole manicure all over and didn't expect It to be free. Nor were there any customers waiting. I recorded the whole ordeal of her screaming profanities at me. Basically getting to the route that because I'm not paying for dip powder because I don't like the way that it looks that I need to deal with the way that gel chips and deal with the fact she never removed dead skin/ cuticles! I have the recording I was being nice and asked why with the attitude I come here all the time she told me to go next-door to the pink boutique not to come here or that I'm always a problem and I have never not even ones come back here with an issue? I offered politely to pay for chip repair, to pay for another top coat, I asked Nicely if she'd remove some of the cuticles on my nails and she was screaming at me "what you want?! Go somewhere else, you want another top coat, you messed up your nails look what you did" just ridiculous and I wasn't having it today I stood up for myself and said you shouldn't treat return customers like this. What's the difference if I want the chips fixed and I want topcoat added and say I'm willing to pay for it why is it a problem?? Why are you so annoyed with me for asking that? I'm a paying customer like everyone else! I mentioned I don't mind paying again especially if she'd remove the cuticles this time. Now my nails look like a giant glob of color with dry gross cuticles and a ton of topcoat all over my skin she yelled at me when I asked her to remove the cuticle on one finger and I told her no problem I'll do it myself. I tried to tip her five dollars for fixing my nails and she kept grabbing my arm throwing it back at me telling me no. Not to mention making you extremely uncomfortable when she's yelling at me, then speaking her language to the others; and we all know it's them talking sh*t! Why??? I didn't do anything wrong, didn't ask for something crazy. Offered to pay; and had no attitude. Moans the nail tech behind me a saw that I was recording she said something to her and then Nancy started to be a little nicer- go figure. I just don't get it you're annoyed that I'm taking up your valuable time when there is no one else waiting.... and I'm paying regular price like anyone else would! It is not clean in there ever and has a very offputting smell. This lady has told me off in the past years ago and I have listen to her do it to other people when they were really busy. Just makes no sense- I'm not being rude or difficult asking for my nails to be fixed. Also when removing gel polish, they'll make you soak your fingers in a bowl of pure acetone drying out your hands and fingers until they burn when you put them in the UV light because they're so sensitive at that point. Rat her than using cotton and foil and wrapping your nails like other salons. It felt like my thumb was on fire I pulled my hand
