6 out of 5 stars! For our household move (crew of 5, 2 medium-sized trucks) they were incredibly fast (all furniture from 8 rooms and much packing of kitchen goods and clothing - done in 4 hours, from the time they arrived until they drove off (admittedly the two houses are less than 5 miles apart, but still!), very experienced (not one ding, crack, or bump), skilled (even moved an incredibly awkward and incredibly heavy outdoor sculpture), good natured (always willing to answer a question, never a gruff remark), and a very fair price to boot. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone... far FAR above our expectations!

Wow! Just. Wow! We (The Musical Theater Project) decided to work remotely, and so we needed to move from a building in Independence to two storage units near Lakewood. We hired Berea Moving and Storage because they had been trustee by major arts organizations throughout Norheast Ohio. We needed to move backstock of CDs from our record label, and many, many theatrical costumes, in addition to office records, supplies, and equipment. They were thorough, careful, systematic, and organized. They were also really fun to work with! Somehow, they managed to find a spot for everything, even suggesting ways to organize the storage spaces so that everything would have its place. Best of all, the thousands of CDs were places in their exact right spot, in the exact right shelf--easy to find! We are forever grateful to this wonderful, family owned business. If they can organize our move, they can do the same for anyone.

Tara and her team were awesome. With only 3 people they had my entire home packed up in no time. They were super friendly and playful with my 2 young, bored children. They were fast, professional, would recommend!

Berea Moving did a great job helping me with my move. They were professional and worked very efficiently with moving my things. I was a little stressed prior to, but they showed up with wardrobe boxes and helped pack loose items — they went above and beyond! Could not be more grateful for their help. Worth every penny!

I used this company to move locally. The guys were nice and polite. After the move was over i discovered that my TV was broken and scratched up. I called the company and they said it had been put in a box, then put together again inside the house, I had a witness who saw that was not true. Called the company again, and the President CEO, Lisa Holly proceeded to yell at me over the phone claiming that I was lying about it. I could not get a replacement or a refund of any kind. DO NOT use this company.
