Walked in without appointment & happy to see Margaret was there. She took me right away. She does a nice job.
Hair type: Awful hair changes coming with age. Fine, dry, frizzy. Margaret gave me a more manageable cut & encouragement. Discussed body wave in future. Something to consider if this proves to be unmanageable with minimum effort.

Shannon Fabec has been cutting my hair for the last 10-11 yrs. I've followed her all over northeast Ohio just to get a great hair cutand we've had a lot of laughs and she truly cares about her clients. Keep up the great work Shannon and thank you for the years of being a friend.

We walked in not realizing they were closing. It was my daughter's homecoming and the appointment she had at another salon cancelled on us.
The stylist agreed to stay over her time to curl my daughter's hair!
She was so kind and sweet and has a big heart!! My daughter's hair turned out beautiful!!

I was here before 4 PM. The place is not open. Totally totally ridiculous every time I come up here. It's closed and the sign says it's supposed to be open. It's within the hours of operation. I'm very dissatisfied

Shannon is definitely the stylist to go to. She's been doing mine and my children's hair for 10+ years and she knocks it out of the park EVERY time. From cuts to color, Shannon is the best stylist you could ask for. ? I didn't nickname her the Goddess of Hair for no reason

Shannon Fabec is a great hair stylist! She does a wonderful job with my Asian hair. Love how Shannon is very detailed and meticulous. She’s a great communicator and really listens to my concerns. Shannon is professional and courteous and very skilled. And the shop is always clean and organized. Their fees are reasonable, and they also have promotional offers throughout the year. I highly recommend.
