The person that answers the phone was very rude and abrupt.
to return from my trip it was 2 hours past the time on a regular basis.
The drivers response was if you don't like find someone else

I had a terrible experience with this company. My 90 year old mother was not picked up from dialysis on time several times not on time. They lied about picking her up. Said she was picked up and wasn't. Picking her up an hour late on several occasions. I was forced to report them to her insurance company. Very unprofessional.

When we asked for an estimated time of arrival after a 15-minute appointment, the customer service representative said he could not give me one and hung up. When I called back, he called me swear words and hung up on me again. DO NOT USE this company if you have choices.
