Usually like Big Lots but when you’re using one of their coupons it’s hit or miss if it’s going to work. Went in today with 10 off 40 sent online, big hassle and the female manager laying on the counter ( very disrespectful, showing how little she cares)and looking through my phone like it’s hers asks if I’ve used the coupon already, don’t like her or her attitude so I left my stuff ,I had known it was one use only and I think asking the question that way would not have been as rude

The manager Sabrina at this location is a sorry excuse for a manager very very rude and very very nasty. I lost my car keys in the store I let her know that I lost my car keys. i also had three young kids with me and couldn't get home. then she told just to come back tomorrow to find them . I told her I wouldn't be able to leave until tomorrow then . Didn't help me at all . I to had to call a lock Smith I paid 200 to get another key . I called in the morning the same manager Sabrina again ... said I told u last night wasn't no keys here and hung up on me. I drove up there immediately walked in and found my keys in 2 seconds she didn't ask for a phone number or anything contact info just incase she find them . She didn't care at all. lied and said she looked and flip all the pillows. she couldn't have .they was laying right there where i was sitting at . She is just gross and nasty for that Sabrina should be held accountable. Where was the customer service at? The was none . If it was my job I would have gotten in trouble for that. Unfortunately Sabrina is in the customer service industry and that's just nasty . I had three babies with me too. Just gross

System down, got a cart full but couldn’t check out unless I had cash!I don’t carry cash…so, I had to leave my cart at the front… the girl management is just t h e r e…no idea WHY!Don’t see myself going there again!

My wife and I came in to purchase porch furniture and found a set we really liked. I cannot say enough about Bryon who helped us with our purchase. He really went above and beyond! Not only did he make sure that we got what we wanted, he also loaded it in our vehicle! If I owned a business, I would definitely want him as a worker. Because of Bryon, I will surely be back for future shopping at this location. Thanks again Bryon!

Love, love, love this location. They had fabulous holiday decor I stopped in just to take a peek recently. Boy was I in for a real treat I got a beautiful mirror for $29.99. The sales guy Jim was nice enough to hold the mirror for me. I'm going back for a beautiful swivel egg chair. Let's just say ever time I visit this location I find something nice. I also love how clean and organized it is and the sales team is very friendly!
