They do not follow through with bids. Tons of people work there and you always talk to someone new. They also seem to only subcontract the work. They schedule the work for a company, then they hire a construction company to install. That construction company has to hire a sign company to make the signs. It's a terrible system.

Sign was not made correctly the first time. It was too big. Weeks roll by of being a new business with no sign before they brought out one that was what we ordered. After getting an electrician to put power to the sign, we find out it doesn't light up. What do you think we got for a credit for this debacle? That's right, nothing. No offer of any credit whatsoever. I run a business with 4 locations in three states and I assure you when we screw up, I take care of it. It's not difficult just fix people when you wrong them. Obviously I can't recommend this outfit to anyone.

Blink Signs made all of my signs for my business ,Sign of the Times, and they will be my sign manufacturer for life!! I will not trust anyone else for my business!! The owner ,Vince Diionno, and Jason Langston ,the main guy for manufacturing, are awesome!!! They go above and beyond for their clients!! You guys rock!!!!!

I've placed an order back in september, everything seemed fine, negotiations, communications, etc. Once the invoice was paid i didnt hear anything back from them. I had to continually call ask ask what the progress was. My project lead, seemed to be out of the office quite often so i was never able to get a solid update. Finally, early November, they stated they would get the project completed. well it's dec 13 and no signs, no projection as to when they will be installed and broken promises left and right. I can't recommend them at all. just a terrible company to work with
