Blue Arrow Records & Books is a genuine cool place with a cool owner and co-worker. The staff are incredibly nice, accommodating, friendly, courteous, patient, honest, kind, helpful, and chill. They offer a graduate school class level of customer service, creating a very endearing and humane atmosphere where personal conversations and small chats are common. The store has a great, varied selection of cool records organized extremely well, with absolutely reasonable prices. It features an awe-inspiring floor completely tiled and epoxied in album covers. The shop also has friendly cats, adding to its unique charm. Customers can use a record player to sample used records before buying. Located on the east side of Cleveland, it is a perfect spot to visit if you are early for a show at the Beachland Ballroom on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. It is considered one of the best record shops around the state, well worth the visit and a first stop for many when in town.
