Very friendly, just an awesome saleswoman in the store! She helped me a lot! Ericka you are the bomb keep being you and doing what you do you are absolutely amazing! Boost she definitely deserves a raise!!! I've been in this store a lot of times she's the only one that made me feel welcome!

This location has been my go to location since I got my first boost phone about 17 years ago!I'm always about to walk in tell him what I'm trying to do and give him a price range and he lays my options out for me to choose !I've never left here without my problem fixed or a new phone and always with a smile on my face !Thanks for everything you do to make my experience a little simpler!

I only go to this store because of how helpful and nice they are. Ericka is the best. The smiles helped me getting through this. Changing over phones is stressful to me and she was so patient and kind. Thank you.

*TAKES ADVANTAGE OF BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMERS * My 70year old parents took my 10yr old in this store because he was eligible for an upgrade after making 12 on time monthly payments of $42 ($35bill+7insurance). They had offered 3 phones to choose from that qualified as his upgrade at $60. He chooses one, Instead of letting thwm bring it home for me to set up, they lead my parents to believe it's mandatory that they switch his services to the new phone.( I've been with boost for 19yrs, I've set every one of my phones up over the phone & online for the past 10+ years) My Father wanted to buy screen protector, since they had none instock, they told them they'd provide a phone case for free . Get home, were reviewing the receipt there's $35⁰⁰ device set up charge $10⁰⁰ connection, $19⁰⁰ iphone case(He Has a Smartphone)$140.⁰⁰ The Only charge they made them aware of before cashing out, was the $60⁰⁰ upgrade! I call up there to ask why they charged an extra $60⁰⁰ they were rude was so busy trying to blame computers then the system she didn't even listen to what I was attempting to explain. I ask when is a better time to call due to poor customer service, she hung up on me

Erika sold me a phone… charged me more than advertised , and charged me for stuff I didn’t get on my receipt. I brung it back in and she said she can’t give me a refund but I didn’t ask for the item and still don’t have the item . I read other reviews on here . I seriously think the workers are stealing from the store and over charging people to cover or something . Don’t go to the location on Georgesville .

Being helpful w/the initial purchase, returning the next day brought me Very RUDE Help, cuz my NEW PHONE Was LOCKED OUT OF SERVICE W/NO Instructions being supplied w/the phone. VERY RUDE, Especially in front of other customers!!! Had I Not practiced tolerance & patients, this lady would've been swallowing her teeth!!!!

This store are scammers. Please pay close attention to your receipt. They do over charge you, that’s why they put on their receipt no refund. The customer service is horrible. They will click your receipt and put it in the bag and the moment you walk out that’s you will never get your money back.

I went in there looking to upgrade my phone because I had been eligible for a while and when I walked in and asked the man what option phones I could get and he saidHim: "um ma'am, we don't sell phones here" Me: what do you mean? Him: what part of that do you not understand? Me: I'm just confused as to where else I could buy a phone if not from a PHONE STORE Him: order one onlineMe: wow, alright then... thanks a lot ! And as I turned around walking towards the door he mumbled Him: d*** bitchMe: excuse me!? Can I speak with your manager!? Him: no, but you can leave...Omg I was so heated I could not believe he treated me like that!!! I called another boost store that was like 5 mins away from that one and told them what Happaned and asked them if they could find out who the manager was so that I could contact them because the guy wouldn't give me no name and they said "well look into it and let you know when we hear something back" and of course that never happened. Smh. I'm normally not the type to leave bad reviews because I know how it is working with customers and especially the angry ones but i absolutely did not deserve to be treated like that! I hadn't given the man any type of attitude or anything like that, let alone calling him foul names! And I'm pretty sure he's still employed there. Such a disappointment.

The people here can't even open up or show up for work on time...smh.. sign says 10 . Left work to come here for nothing. And no it isn't a doggy day care
