I thought real customer service was dead. Until my phone died and I went in for service. Let me say , I was completely, happily shocked that I have received the absolute BEST customer service that I've had in years from Miss Kelsie D (Boost's newest employee) . She was not only friendly, but outgoing, service with a smile, and happy to assist with whatever the customer needs. I originally bought a new phone on Saturday from her , had difficulties with the service ,, went in the next day ,showed her the problem and she fixed it up quick ! She even threw in a few amenities to resolve the situation. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH EVER . and that's saying a lot coming from this cranky old broad!

Would recommend. The manager is friendly and doesn't try to upsell you for whatever reason, just helps you get the best plan for your needs. Plus, he's got excellent recommendations on restaurants in the area.

My mother and I went here to get myself a new phone. A gentleman by the name of Chevy hooked us up really good. He was so kind and courteous and all around very, very helpful. I hope he gets a raise or a promotion.

The store reps are very knowledgeable on telecommunications products and services. However they do not answer the phone. Rarely.

Came in looking for a good phone deal. Jason was very helpful and hooked us up with a great monthly plan, and a new phone. He was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales tactics. We had looked at all the other providers and this was the best deal around.

Chit I just forgot dude's name!! Just to give a clue...he's about 6'3 and a great guy! What I thought would take a few moments went on and on. Talk about stand up customer service A++++++ this guy was top notch! He kept his awesome attitude and didn't stop till all was well. If only everyone would learn from this guy how to treat others. POSTER CHILD FOR BESTEST CUST SERVICE EVER...BAR NONE!!!

This place was perfect for an emergency situation. I was in and out with great service. No pressure sales. Got what I wanted. Lots of variety. Very comfortable environment, clean, convenient and friendly. Chevy is very good. Glad he took over there, I will definitely return if I need anything! Highly recommended.

The salsman lied about my account number twice I lost 3 days of work then got fired cause he kept giving me wrong account number on purpose. Then he pulled a pie of metal when I confronted him and threaten me after he was caught in multiple lies. Heavy set guy with beard. Horrible never ever go their that was awful. Thanks

Being helpful w/the initial purchase, returning the next day brought me Very RUDE Help, cuz my NEW PHONE Was LOCKED OUT OF SERVICE W/NO Instructions being supplied w/the phone. VERY RUDE, Especially in front of other customers!!! Had I Not practiced tolerance & patients, this lady would've been swallowing her teeth!!!!

Custer service has been bad, they say nothing wrong, whole month no service over ⁸⁰ percentage of time, next can't get in voice message. Boost mobile called phone . And call never came to me. Hello red flag she did all her checks. My number is going some where else. Red flag, check records I have called 7or 8 times last night, can I get help at least help me

Terrible, lied about not being able to switch my number over from a different provider to a new phone, just for a week later to give that same number that was supposedly network lock to someone else in the middle of the day while I was using my phone.

I went in there looking to upgrade my phone because I had been eligible for a while and when I walked in and asked the man what option phones I could get and he saidHim: "um ma'am, we don't sell phones here" Me: what do you mean? Him: what part of that do you not understand? Me: I'm just confused as to where else I could buy a phone if not from a PHONE STORE Him: order one onlineMe: wow, alright then... thanks a lot ! And as I turned around walking towards the door he mumbled Him: d*** bitchMe: excuse me!? Can I speak with your manager!? Him: no, but you can leave...Omg I was so heated I could not believe he treated me like that!!! I called another boost store that was like 5 mins away from that one and told them what Happaned and asked them if they could find out who the manager was so that I could contact them because the guy wouldn't give me no name and they said "well look into it and let you know when we hear something back" and of course that never happened. Smh. I'm normally not the type to leave bad reviews because I know how it is working with customers and especially the angry ones but i absolutely did not deserve to be treated like that! I hadn't given the man any type of attitude or anything like that, let alone calling him foul names! And I'm pretty sure he's still employed there. Such a disappointment.
