Horrible service they sold me headphones that didn’t even last me a full shift at work then when I tried to return them they told me no refund and gave me another pair of the same headphones and they went out that same day so then I went up there and tried to get my money back but they would not give me my money DO NOT GO HERE

Drove here on my lunch break to pay my phone bill arrived at 7:25 just to find out that the times that they have on their website or false and they close at 7:00 maybe they should update that on their website not just their door for people to show up after driving there just to find out that they're closed

Mitch sent me here from another store (Euclid & East 222nd) because he didn't have the charger thingy-dingy I needed. Mitch was awesome, but I just knew with my luck I couldn't get two amazing customer service people in one day, but to my surprise I did. Mike was kind, fast and professional. The reason I chose the first Boost Mobile spot was because of their reviews. Keep up the good work guys. Your customer service rocks!
