My girlfriend and I are from about 45 miles away we came up here and got stuck no gas, broke phone, other phone only worked on Wi-Fi, no money, and the gentleman that works here Adam spent about 2 hours fixing my phone situations so that we could get home get on with the rest of our lives. He went above and beyond what was necessary or even expected. Without his help who knows how long we would have been stuck in cleveland

The customer service was Top notch!Vinnie(Branch Manager) went out of his way to get information about the free government program that Boost Mobile offers. I went to 4 different stores with them ALL telling me they're out of phones for the program. Through the research Vinnie did, he found out that many different affordable phones can utilize the program!! I would definitely recommend this store to my peers.
