I was fine, until I updated my non working older phone to a new one. Alan was helpful, but I didn't like that I had to pay $25 to upgrade to a new phone, because I kept the same number. Really? Had this same number since 2007. Been with boost mobile since 2011. Should have left and purchased on line. I did appreciate him putting my memory card and sim in, although I have done that myself in the past. Boost mobile taking your money for keeping the same cell number ? it used to be $25 if I wanted a new number. SMH ? Thanks Alan for your assistance ? 4 stars for the $25 keep your same number charge.
